I can manage the Internet and fly a Computer, using the wonderful invention of word Processing to write my stories, copy, save, paste and all the rest of it, including sending and receiving Emails and Attachments. But for a Techno Phobe like me, it’s proved daunting to tackle the intricacies of blogging. I attended a two -day Workshop and the speaker made it all seem very simple with notes and slides to ease the way. I’ve managed to sign up, and get a domain name, but now find myself going round in circles trying to navigate the site. Getting nowhere fast!
Luckily, a back-up plan, my son, Jason, is helping me to find the highways and byways I need to make this a useful tool of communication. Until I learn how to get where I want to be, I’ll just have to be patient, and hope he is,too. With the help of Join Me and Skype, he can see my screen and we can hear each other, working in real time to solve the deficits in my knowledge. It’s a great way to learn.
I’ve published one serial article and soon will add this one, so things are beginning to happen.
